Eddie Alaniz passed away March 26, 2025. He was 46.
Eddie was born August 18, 1978 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Janie (Ramos) and Felix Alaniz.
He was a resident of Sinton most of his life. Eddie was formerly employed as a Welder. Eddie was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Preceding in death are his father: Felix Alaniz; sister: Lydia Alaniz.
Survivors include his children: Christian Alaniz, Faith Alaniz, Hope Alaniz, Michael Alaniz and Stacie Alaniz all from Austin; mother: Janie Ramos from Sinton; siblings: Estella Caballero (Victor), JoAnn Serna, Michael Alaniz (Sonya), Johnny Alaniz (Margie), Christopher Alaniz and Gabriella Alaniz; 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin Friday, April 4, 2025, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be the same afternoon, 12:30 PM at the funeral home. A Christion Rites Service will be celebrated Friday, April 4, 2025, 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
