Elena Juarez Garcia, age 78, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2026, surrounded by the love and memories of those who were blessed to know her. She was born on August 26, 1948, in Hereford, Texas, to Eleno and Aurora Juarez.

Elena was a truly remarkable woman whose greatest gift was the love she so freely gave to others. She was loving, forgiving, kind, and generous, and she had a beautiful way of making the people around her feel cared for and loved. Her love was unconditional, and she welcomed others with an open heart. She believed in loving her family deeply and wholeheartedly, and she gave so much of herself to those she loved.

For Elena, caring for her family was her love language. She found joy in cooking delicious meals, keeping a clean and welcoming home, and making sure everyone around her was taken care of. Through the meals she prepared, the home she lovingly cared for, and the countless little things she did each day, Elena showed her family just how much they meant to her. Her love was present in everything she did.

Elena's warmth, kindness, and loving spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Though she is no longer with us, the love she gave so freely will continue through the generations she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered every day.

Elena was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francisco “Frank” Garcia, and her parents, Eleno and Aurora Juarez.

She leaves behind a beautiful family who will carry her memory and her love with them always: her sons, Raymond Garcia (Marcia) of Odem, Texas; Isar Garcia (Monica) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Alonzo Garcia (Christina) of San Antonio, Texas; and Francisco Garcia, Jr. (DeeAnn) of Odem, Texas; her daughter, Aurora Morin (Carlos) of Odem, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Her greatest legacy is the family she loved so dearly and the many lives she touched with her kindness, forgiveness, and unconditional love. Her family will forever cherish the memories she gave them, the lessons she taught them, and the love she poured into their lives.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Elena will be laid to rest at San Pedro Cemetery in Odem.
