Elizabeth Grace Swinney

Tuleta – Elizabeth Grace Swinney passed away peacefully on July 9, 2019. She was 38.

Elizabeth was born on December 6, 1980 in Taft, Texas to Wendy B. (Crosier) and Brady Stephen Foster. Elizabeth was a speech language pathologist assistant for many years, having earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She was an active member of the Baptist Church. She was also a member of the National Black Belt League and the American Cancer Association.

Survivors include her parents: Wendy and Brady Foster of Sinton, Texas; Husband: Billy Wayne Swinney of Tuleta, Texas; sons: Conner and Allister Zimmerman both of Tuleta, Texas; Damian Zimmerman of Houston, Texas and Billy R. Swinney of Round Rock, Texas; brothers: Nikolas Foster of Ft. Collins, Colorado; sister: Anna Foster of Sinton, Texas.

A Visitation will be held Friday, July 12, 2019, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. Rosary will be held the same evening at 6:00 PM, at Resthaven Chapel, Sinton. The Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday, July 13, 2019, 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church in Sinton, Texas. Burial will follow at 2:30 PM in Mineral Cemetery in Mineral, Texas.
