Emma T. Galindo

Taft – Emma T. Galindo passed away November 13, 2018. She was 88.

Emma was born on March 26, 1930 to Pablo and Juanita (Castellano) Trevino. She was resident of Taft, Texas most of her life and grew up in Kenedy, Texas.

Preceeding in death is her husband: Enrique Galindo, Sr.; great-granddaughter: Ella Galindo; parents: Pablo and Juanita Trevino; brothers: Frank Trevino and Edwardo Trevino; sisters: Minerva Trevino and Tivorcia Contreras.

Survivor include her sons: Enrique “Henry” Galindo, Jr. of  Missouri; Estevan Galindo (Maria) of Taft, Texas and Pablo Galindo, all of Taft, Texas; daughters: Elva Marroquin (Ezekial) of Taft, Texas and Esmeralda G. DeLeon (Eugenio) of Sinton, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; brothers: Pedro Trevino of California and Luis Trevino (Angie) of Kenedy, Texas; sisters:

Amelia Garcia (Amador) of El Campo, Texas and Josefina Espinoza of Palacios, Texas.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, November 15, 2018, 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Taft with Father Pete Stanley as celebrant. Burial will follow in Taft Memorial Park Cemetery, Taft.
