Frances Suniga

Aransas Pass – Frances Suniga passed away on September 13, 2021. She was 67 years old. 

Frances was born in Normana, Texas on November 9, 1953 to Elizar Martinez and Margarita Carrizales. Frances was a long-life resident of Aransas Pass, where she worked for Dr. Bracken as a medical secretary for 23 years. Frances was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, sister-in-law and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death are her parents: Elizar and Margarita Martinez; son: Rene Moreno; sisters: JoAnn Chavez and Sylvia Villegas.

Survivors include her loving husband: Louis Suniga, Jr. from Aransas Pass, Texas; sons: Marcos Moreno (Amanda Rodriquez), Louis Suniga III, John Robert Flowers (Amanda Kay) all from Aransas Pass, Texas; daughters: Elyse DeLeon (Richard Roman) and Danielle Suniga both from Aransas Pass, Texas; brother: Elizar Martinez, Jr. from Beeville, Texas; sisters: Margaret Vera, Dalia Resendiz and Angie Gatica all from Aransas Pass, Texas, Brenda Garcia, and Terry Arredondo both from Beeville, Texas; grandchildren: Marissa Rodriquez, Jocelyn Moreno, Mason Moreno, Amaris Roman, Gage Roman, Heaven Suniga, Jordan Suniga, Destiny Suniga, Ashley Lynn Flowers, Robert Allen Flowers and Janie Kay Flowers.

Visitation will begin Thursday, September 16, 2021, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home in Aransas Pass. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 17, 2021, 10:00 AM at St Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Aransas Pass.  Burial will follow in San Ignacio Cemetery in Ingleside, Texas.
