Francisco Guerrero

Edroy/Mathis – Francisco Guerrero passed away peacefully January 14, 2020. He was 90.

Francisco was a resident of the Edroy/Mathis area more than 85 years. He was born January 4, 1930 to Jesus and Leonides (Torres) Guerrero. Francisco was a farmer. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

Preceding in death are his parents: Jesus and Leonides Guerrero; brothers: Tomas Sr., Fidencio Sr., Marcelino and Estanislado Guerrero; sisters: Eduvijes Guerrero, Eulalia Guerrero, Maria Valadez, Antonia G. Reyes, Maria Ramos and 3 infant sisters.  

Survivors include the many nieces and nephews he loved as his own children.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 19, 2020, 5:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, January 20, 2020, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Edroy. Burial will follow in Edroy Cemetery, Edroy.
