Sinton – Frank G. Lopez passed away on September 25, 2024. He was 79.

Frank was born on November 11, 1944 in Sinton, Texas to Maria (Gutierrez) and Pedro Lopez. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. Frank was a retired construction worker. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his son: Franky J. Lopez; daughter: Carol Lopez; sister: Tomasa Rivas; brothers: Rumaldo Lopez and Pedro Lopez, Jr.

Frank is survived by his loving wife: Jovita G. Lopez from Sinton, Texas; son: Jimmy Joe Lopez from Sinton, Texas; 1 grandchild; brothers: Benjamin Lopez (Mary) from Corpus Christi, Texas; Ernesto Lopez (Georgia) from Sinton, Texas; Jesse Lopez from San Antonio, Texas; sisters: Becky Perez and Lupe Diaz both from San Antonio, Texas; Gloria Navarro (Dan) from California.  

Visitation will begin Friday, September 27, 2024, 11:00 AM to 3:45 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. Visitation will continue at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton beginning at 4:00 PM. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, September 28, 2024, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton, Texas. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
