Gary Phillip Ytreeide

Rockport – Gary Phillip Ytreeide passed away peacefully on May 24, 2024 with his family at his side. He was 83.

Gary was born August 28, 1940 in Spokane, Washington to Esther T. (Doering) and Harold P. Ytreeide. He was formally enlisted in the United States Navy. Gary loved to go sailing and working with stocks. He also enjoyed volunteering his time at the Humane Society. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend who will missed by everyone who knew him.

Preceding in death are his parents: Harold and Esther Ytreeide; brother: Robert Ytreeide.

Survivors include his loving wife: Dolores Ytreeide from Rockport, Texas; daughter: Tamera Akerly (Shaun) from Washington; grandchildren: Soren Akerly and Jayden Akerly.
