Guadalupe Molina Garcia

Sinton – Guadalupe Molina Garcia passed away July 6, 2021.  She was 72.

Guadalupe was born in Sinton, Texas on November 13, 1948 to Augustine, Sr. and Ventura (Gonzales) Molina. She was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. She met and married the love her of life, Albert L. Garcia (Beto) in August of 1968. Together they made many beautiful memories along with their five children. Guadalupe worked for Sinton Manor Nursing Home as a nurse for many years until a sudden illness of cancer took a turn on her and was unable to return to her passion of caring for the elderly. She became a homemaker for the rest of her years. Guadalupe became a grandma to a total of 16 grandchildren. Later came 3 great-grandchildren. She loved them all dearly. Guadalupe was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother; sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death are her husband: Albert “Beto” Garcia; parents: Augustine, Sr.  and Ventura Molina; grandson: Juan G. Carranza, Jr.; granddaughter: Frances L. Almada; and brother: Augustine Molina, Jr.

Survivors include her sons: Edward Garcia (Beatrice) of Sinton, Texas and Domingo Garcia (Alice) of Annaville, Texas; daughters: Laura Ann Garcia (Juan Carranza) of Sinton, Texas,  Leslie Aumada (Valentine) of Annaville, Texas, Liza Flores (Joel) of Sinton, Texas and Yasmin Garcia of Annaville, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother: Rudy Molina (Jenny) of Taft, Texas; sisters: Gloria Garcia (Alejandro) of Sinton, Texas.

Visitation will begin Monday, July 12, 2021, 11:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 6:00 PM at the funeral home followed by praise and worship service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
