Hilda M. Ramirez

Odem – Hilda M. Ramirez passed away February 2, 2020. She was 59.

Hilda was born on September 27, 1960 in Lamesa, Texas to Jesus and Juanita (Soto) Martinez. She was a resident of Odem, Texas but spent most of her life in Sinton, Texas. Hilda spent her life as a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death is her first husband: Robert Rodriguez.

Survivors include her husband: Tomas Ramirez; her children: Veronica Moreno (Johnny) of Odem, Texas, Robert Rodriguez, Jr. of Odem, Texas, Ryan Rodriguez (Megan) of Corpus Christi, Roman Gabriel Ramirez (Stacy) of Colorado and Thomas Ramirez “T.J.” (Isabel) of Sinton, Texas; brothers: Jesse Martinez (Becky) of Gregory, Texas, Carlos Martinez (Rachel) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Javier Martinez (Maria) of Sinton Texas; sister: Delia Rivas (Eliseo) of Sinton, Texas; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 6, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 7, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Odem. Burial will follow in San Pedro Cemetery, Odem.
