Sinton – Jacob Trevino passed away on February 20, 2025. He was 52.
Jacob was born in Sinton, Texas on August 27, 1972 to Sylvia Trevino. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton. Jacob enjoyed dancing, listening to several Mexican artists and watching the Longhorns play. He was a joy to be around, his smile and laughter will always be remembered. Jacob was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents: Juan and Amelia Trevino.
Survivors include his mother: Sylvia Lopez from Sinton, Texas; brothers: Raul Lopez, III (Anna) and Marcus Lopez (Brittany) all from Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters: Erica Lopez from Corpus Christi, Texas and Yvonne Lopez (Jose) from Sinton, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, 11:00 AM, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
