Taft – Jerry Lee Body passed away June 28, 2022. He was 62.

Jerry was born on September 27, 1959 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Betty Jewel (Starks) and Kenneth M. Body, Sr. He was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Jerry was a former employee as a cook for Grandy’s and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, God-father and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his sister: Geraldine “Dina” Body.

Survivors include his sons: Timothy Allen from San Antonio, Texas and Anthony Allen from Corpus Christi, Texas; 2 grandchildren; parents; Kenneth and Betty Body from Taft, Texas; brothers: Johnny Body from Taft, Texas, Kenneth Body Jr., Richard A. Body (Angelina) and Darrell Body, all from Corpus Christi, Texas; God-daughter: Sharon Williams from Corpus Christi, Texas
