Aransas Pass – Joannie Violet Galvan passed away on January 21, 2023. She was 38. Joannie was born in Poteet, Texas on May 1, 1984 to Elaine (Lesson) and Stanley Bullard, Sr. She was a resident of Aransas Pass since 1993, residing prior in Poteet, Texas. Joannie was a homemaker, raising 5 children.  She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death by her mother: Elaine Bullard; brother: Mathanley Bullard; sister: Wenona Bullard.

Survivors include her three sons: Jordan Galvan, Jesse Galvan and Randy Galvan all from Aransas Pass, Texas; two daughters: Harley Poole from Taft, Texas and Michelle Galvan from Aransas Pass, Texas; parents: Stanley and Cristi Bullard from Aransas Pass, Texas; 4 brothers: Stanley Bullard, Jr from Aransas Pass, Texas, Nicholas Bullard from Oklahoma, Michael Bullard from Rusk, Texas and Yancy Bullard from Ingleside, Texas; sister: Ida Mae Bullard from San Antonio, Texas.
