Joe Ann is preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Anna Lagattuta.
Survivors include her brother: John Chapman from Ingleside, Texas; niece: Tamara Fletcher from Tickfaw, Louisiana; and nephews: Randy Lee Chapman and Jay Christian Chapman both from Tickfaw, Louisiana,
