Joe Ramirez Jr.

Rockport- Joe Ramirez Jr. passed away on March 28, 2021. He was 44.

Joe was born on April 1, 1976 in Gregory, Texas to Jose Ramirez Sr. and Patricia Peres (Garcia). He was formerly a resident of Rockport but currently resided in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was formerly employed by construction work, but when Joe wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending his free time by the water and beaches. Joe was a loving son, father, brother and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

Preceded in death by his grandmother: Esperanza Garcia; uncles: Johnny Joe Garcia, Pablo Garcia Jr; stepfather: Mark Peres; cousin: Liza M. Saenz 

Survivors include his parents: Patricia Peres of Rockport, Texas, Joe Ramirez Sr. of Clute, Texas; son: Pablo R. Ramirez of Rockport; daughter: Nevaeh J. Ramirez of Angleton, Texas; brothers: Shawn Ramirez of Seattle Washington, Devin R. Garcia of Rockport, Texas; sisters: Lisa A. Ramirez (Moses) of Michigan, April Avila of San Antonio, Texas, Laura Avila of Aransas Pass, Texas: life-long companion: Wendy Germany of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Visitation will begin Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Funeral Home, Aransas Pass. A Funeral Service will be celebrated the same day at 2:00 PM at The St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, Aransas Pass, Texas. Burial will be private.
