John "Jack" Edsill Obituary
Aransas Pass – John (Jack) Edsill passed away on June 17, 2023. He was 84.
Jack was born in Waterloo, Iowa on November 14, 1938 to Katherine Marie (Morris) and Harold Herbert Edsill. He was a cattle broker for Cargill for several years. He had a love for wind and waves and spent a good amount of time scuba diving, snow skiing and fishing. Jack was a proud graduate of Iowa State. He lived in Aransas Pass for 13 years, previously in Kearney, Nebraska. He was a loving husband, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Harold and Katherine Edsill; brother: Gene Edsill.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 36 years: Sally J. Edsill from Aransas Pass, Texas; 1 son: Bryan Edsill from Tekamah, Nebraska; daughter: Celinda Mason (Jack).
