Rockport- Joseph E. Boulanger passed away on July 25, 2020. He was 51.

Joseph was born on January 31, 1970 in Denton, Texas to Roland and Patricia (Lewellen) Boulanger. He was a loving father and brother who will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Roland and Patricia Boulanger.

He is survived by his son: Joseph Boulanger; brothers: Robert Boulanger, Mark Jackson, Tommy Jackson, Richard Boulanger and Robert Boulanger.

Services will be private.
