Aransas Pass – Joseph Junior Torres passed away July 31, 2022. He was 35.

Joseph was born on September 3, 1986 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Lisa (Medina) and Telesforo Torres. Joseph lived in Aransas Pass for most of his life.  He was self-employed as a tree trimmer. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend who will be missed by who knew him. 

He is preceded in death by his mother: Lisa Torres.

Survivors include his 2 sons: Nathaniel Morris and Jonah Morris both from Ingleside, Texas; 1 daughter: Aaliha Morris from Ingleside, Texas; 2 grandchildren: Aylah Morris and Arabella Morris; father: Telesforo Torres from Aransas Pass, Texas; 1 brother: Teles Torres from Corpus Christi, Texas; 2 sisters: Neomi Torres from Ingleside, Texas and Stephanie Esquivel (Eddie) from Aransas Pass, Texas; grandfather: Telesforo “Junior” Torres from Aransas Pass, Texas; 1 nephew: Richard Ricardo from Aransas Pass, Texas.

Visitation will begin Thursday, August 4, 2022, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. A funeral service will begin Friday, August 5, 2022, 11:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. Interment will follow in San Antonio Cemetery, Aransas Pass.
