Joyce Rosemary Crist

Sinton- Joyce Rosemary Crist passed away peacefully on February 8, 2021. She was 86.

Joyce was born on April 5, 1934 in Falkland Islands, United Kingdom to Lewis and Ellen Rosemary (Davis) Richards. She spent time growing up in England, and later moved to the United States at the age of 27 with her husband Herschel James Crist. Joyce and Herschel became residents of Sinton, Texas in 1986. Joyce was employed by the United States Postal Service as a rural letter carrier. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Lewis and Ellen Richards; and her husband: Herschel James Crist.

Survivors include her sons: Bryan Crist (Janet) from Austin, Texas and Marvin Glenn Crist (Merry Lou) from Hopkins, Kentucky; daughters: Carla May Milton (Doug) from Dallas, Texas and Jacqueline Ann Crist from Sinton, Texas; 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild and many extended family members and friends.

Burial will be private.
