Aransas Pass– Juli-Ann Marie Owens passed away on April 19, 2021, She was 65.

Juli-Ann was born on September 3, 1955 to Julian and Janice (Wood) Hall in Cambridge, England. She was a resident of Aransas Pass for over 20 years. Juli-Ann was self-employed by Owens Construction and was the book keeper as well as a homemaker.

Preceding in death is her brother: Michael Hall.

Survivors include her spouse: Ed Owens of Aransas Pass; parents: Julian and Janice Hall of Kerrville, Texas; brothers: Leslie Hall (Heather) of Houston, Texas, Joseph Hall of Aransas Pass; sisters: Kathryn Waters-Cristofari (Marco) of Tallahassee, Florida, Jennifer Shaw (Curtis) of Ontonagon, Michigan; nephews: Michael Wurl, Ryan Waters; and niece: Caitlin Dehavin-Smith.
