Leslie was born September 8, 1962 in La Mirada, California to Barbara Ann (Beaupre) and John Edward Wilper. She was a resident of Taft for 5 years and former resident of Manchester, CT. Leslie worked mostly in the rental business before taking a step back to enjoy life.
John E. Wilper, Leslie’s father, precedes her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara Wilper from Taft, Texas; brother, John E. Wilper from Manchester, CT; and sister, Linda Decelles from W. Hartford, CT.
