Rockport – Leticia Castillo passed away on March 4, 2023. She was 62. Leticia was born on September 16, 1960 to Pablo Castillo and Susana (Perez). She was a resident of Rockport for 20 years. Leticia was a homemaker who loved to sew, garden, dance, cook and sing. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her 3 sons: Eric Castillo from Rockport, Texas, Carlos Bernal from Weslaco, Texas and Rene Castillo from Minnesota; daughter: Susanna Castillo Munguia (Aaron) from Weslaco, Texas; 6 brothers: Pablo Castillo, Ramon Castillo, Jose Angel Castillo (Elvira Martinez) from Rockport, Texas, Carlos Castillo, Mario Castillo both from Weslaco, Texas, Armando Castillo from Temple, Texas; 3 sisters: Cristina Trevino from Mercedes, Texas, Maria Caballero (Antonio) from Weslaco, Texas and Maria Castillo (Francisco Perez) from Silsbee, Texas; 18 grandchildren: Eric Abel Castillo from Rockport, Texas, Abagail Lopez Falcon from Aransas Pass, Texas, Deanna Renee Castillo, Angelina Jean Munguia, Leyla Maria Munguia, Aaron Munguia, Jr from Weslaco, Victoria A. Bernal, Carlos Jay Bernal, Noah X. Bernal from Houston, Julius Castillo, Jazmine Castillo, Jermaine Castillo from Minnesota, Serenity Susana Castillo, Zenyda Leticia Castillo, Robert Eric Castillo and Rihanna Renae Castillo; Novelei Marie Ramirez and Andre Ramirez. 8 great-grandchildren: Janelle Castillo, Camila Castillo, Rihana Castillo, Audelia Falcon, Charles Falcon, Izabella Falcon, Aaliyah Rose Castillo and Eric Abel Castillo, Jr.
Visitation will begin Friday, March 17, 2023, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same afternoon at 2:00 PM followed by the Funeral Service at 2:30 PM. Burial will be private.
