Corpus Christi – Linzy “LV” Washington passed away November 20, 2022. He was 79.

LV was born September 19, 1943 to Willie and Arlena (Slaughter) Washington. He was a current resident of Corpus Christi, Texas and formerly resided in Austin, Texas. LV worked as a chief steward for 30 years. He was a beloved brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Arlena and Willie Washington.

Survivors include his loving sister: Frances Pettis from Corpus Christi, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews: Herman Lee Hardemann, Jimmie Lee “Bombom” Hardemann, Anthony Slaughter, Johnny Lee Nichols, Yvonne Nichols, Angela Washington, Trelishia Washington, Jacob Smith and Joshua Pettis.
