Ingleside – Lucio Perez Garcia passed away May 20, 2024. He was 93.
Lucio was born December 13, 1930 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Angelita (Perez) and Faustino Garcia. Lucio was formally enlisted in the Air Force. He also was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with his dog, Big Boy. They were like two peas in a pod.
Lucio is preceded in death by his spouse: Selda Garcia; parents: Faustino and Angelita Garcia; sister: Juanita Villerreal.
Survivors include his brothers: Faustino Garcia, Jr. from Washington State; John Garcia from Arizona; sisters: Irene Jones, Nancy Rogers, Angelita Brown (Gary) and Petra Sellers all from Ingleside, Texas; dog: Big Boy.
The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Monday, June 3, 2024, 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Assumption Church, Ingleside, with a Memorial Mass to follow at 12:00 PM. The Graveside Service will follow, 1:00 PM in Prairie View Cemetery, Aransas Pass, Texas.
