Marcus Burch Villa

Aransas Pass – Marcus Burch Villa passed away April 26, 2022. He was 42 years old. Marcus was born on November 28, 1979 in Taft to Rodolfo Villa and Geraldine (Burch) Villa. He was a lifelong resident of Aransas Pass. Marcus worked for Flint Hills in the Operational Pipeline division. He will be remembered for being full of life, he would light up the room when he walked in, his love of fishing, entertaining his friends, his love for his family and friends. Marcus was Crystal’s best friend, he loved her unconditionally and she felt lucky to be married to him for 13 years. Marcus was truly one of a kind, he will be missed deeply by everyone who knew him.  Marcus was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.

He is preceded in death by his father: Rudy Villa.

He is survived by his loving wife: Crystal Villa from Aransas Pass; 3 sons: Marcus Villa (Stephanie) from Portland; Gavin Rodriguez and Noah Rodriguez from Aransas Pass; 2 daughters: Elisa Villa from Austin and Alaina Villa from Portland; mother: Geraldine Villa-Castro (Romeo) from Aransas Pass; 4 brothers:  Paul Benton Burch from Corpus Christi; Abel Villa; Rudy Villa (Sally) and Michael Villa (Jennifer) all from La Porte; 4 sisters: Katie Longoria (Anthony) from Aransas Pass; Rosie Cavazos (Jack) from La Porte; Mary Guerrero (Salvador) Pasadena and Sylvia Nachman from Kemah.Visitation will begin Thursday, April 28, 2022, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, April 29, 2022, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Ingleside. Interment will follow in San Ignacio Cemetery, Ingleside.
