Ingleside – Margaret Ann Saegert passed away June 17, 2024. She was 76.
Margaret was born January 12, 1948 in Mathis, Texas to Rose Lee (Lennert) and Joe Grossman. Margaret co – owned Automotive Audio in New Braunfels with her husband for over 40 years. She retired as a Librarian from Portland, Texas where she worked for 10 years. Margaret loved spending time with her family and enjoyed fishing. She won many first-place ribbons at the County Fair for crocheting, she also won the Tri County Award for her crocheting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents: Joe and Rose Grossman.
Survivors include her loving husband: Gene Saegert from Ingleside, Texas; sons: Brian Saegert (Sally) from Ingleside, Texas and Kevin Saegert (Elisha) from Rockport, Texas; grandchildren: Joshua Saegert from Ingleside, Texas, Jesse Saegert and Izra Saegert both from Rockport, Texas; brothers: Harry Grossman from San Diego and Roy Grossman from Calallen, Texas; sister: Dodie Atkinson from Three Rivers, Texas.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024, 10:00 AM at the Reflection Church, Rockport.
