Sinton– Maria Torres Morales passed away on April 9, 2021. She was 81.

Maria was born on December 01, 1939 in Sinton, Texas to Margarita and Gregorio (Gomez) Torres. She was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. Maria was a Homemaker. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Gregorio and Margarita Torres.

Survivors include her loving husband: Joel Morales of Sinton, Texas; daughter: Joann Morales of Sinton, Texas; sons: Joel Morales, Jr. of St. Paul, Texas; Jose Luis Morales (Velma) of Yoakum, Texas; Javier Morales (Tina) of Luling, Texas; Gerardo Morales (Dahlia) of Boerne, Texas; Julian Morales (Mindra) of Grapevine, Texas; sisters: Lupe Hernandez of Sinton, Texas; Elida Franco of St. Paul, Texas. 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Monday, April 12, 2021 at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton at 5:00 PM. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, April 13, 2021, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
