Sinton – Michael D. Moody passed away September 5, 2024. He was 60.
Michael was born in Sinton, Texas on February 19, 1964 to Shirley A. (Gregorczyk) and Jimmy Ray Moody. He worked for JBM Electrical Services as an electrician. Through the years, he enjoyed trips to the beach with his children, visiting the hill country, and enjoyed cheering on his beloved Sinton Pirates. Michael also loved listening to 80’s music. He was a deeply loved father, son, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed by all that knew him.
Preceded in death by his father: Jimmy Ray Moody.
Survivors include his son: Michael Zachary Moody from Sinton, Texas; daughters: Hannah Moody from Sinton, Texas and Haley A. Moody from Spring Branch, Texas; mother: Shirley Raska from Sinton, Texas; brother: Jeffrey Dean Moody (Patricia Ann) from Sinton, Texas; Texas; former spouse: Alice Moody from Sinton, Texas.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. The Funeral Service will be the same evening, 7:00 PM in the chapel. A brief visitation will be held Thursday, September 12, 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in Sinton Cemetery, 10:00 AM.
