Ingleside – Michael Alden Morgan passed away on September 1, 2024. He was 75.

Michael was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on March 30, 1949 to Danola Frances (Cripe) and Kenneth Barnes Morgan. Michael was a proud United States Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam. He was President of the Ingleside Garden Club. He committed numerous hours to his gardening and bird feeding. Michael loved the community of Ingleside and its citizens. He gave back as much as he could to the community. Michael commanded attention when walking in a room. His outgoing personality had a way of making everyone smile around him. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Danola Morgan.

Survivors include his son: Bobby Morgan (Megan) from Ingleside, Texas; grandchildren: Michael B. Morgan, Kenna F. Morgan, Jason R. Morgan and Nathan D. Morgan; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, 9:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass, Texas. A Memorial Service will follow, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. 

The family ask that you join them for light refreshments, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Humble Center, 2821 Main St. Ingleside.
