Portland – Michelle Lee Cole, 35, passed away on August 20, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and a love that will remain forever in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.

Michelle was born on August 28, 1990, in Aransas Pass, Texas, to Clifford Luis Cole.

Above all else, Michelle was a devoted mother. Her son, Randy Lee Moreno, was her world, her greatest love, and the most important part of her life. She was an amazing, loving, devoted, and fiercely protective mother who loved her son with her whole heart. Michelle was so proud of Randy, and there was nothing she would not do for him. She wanted the very best for him and would always put his needs before her own.

The bond between Michelle and Randy was incredibly special. She cherished every moment she had with her son, and being his mother brought her a kind of love and happiness that words can hardly describe. Randy was not simply her son — he was her heart. Her love for him was unconditional, unwavering, and endless.

Michelle will always be remembered for the way she loved her son. She wanted him to know that he was loved, that he mattered, and that he always had his mom in his corner. Even though she is no longer here to hold his hand, guide him, laugh with him, and make memories with him, the love she gave him will remain with him for the rest of his life.

Michelle had a beautiful and unforgettable personality. She was the life of any party and had a way of bringing laughter, energy, and warmth wherever she went. She loved different genres of music but rock and heavy metal music were her favorite. She also enjoyed going to concerts whenever she could. She also loved baseball, with the Houston Astros being her favorite team.

She had a giving spirit and was always willing to help others whenever she could. Michelle was a hard worker and a strong woman who never gave up. No matter what life placed in front of her, she kept going. She cared deeply for the people she loved and gave so much of herself to those around her.

To her family, Michelle was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, fiancé, and friend. She was someone who could never truly be replaced. Her laughter, her personality, her strength, and her enormous heart will be missed more than words can express.

Michelle was preceded in death by her sister, Sarah Cole, and her aunt, Kelly Waller.

She leaves behind her beloved son, Randy Lee Moreno; her father, Clifford Cole (Sandra); her sisters, Tiffany Cole, Crystal Cole, Tamara Soucy, Daniela Haynes, and Twyla Vanden; and her fiancé, Pete Gonzalez, along with extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

Michelle's greatest legacy will always be the love she gave her son. She may no longer be able to walk beside Randy, but she will forever be a part of him — in his heart, in his memories, and in the person he becomes. A mother's love never truly leaves us, and Michelle's love for Randy will live on forever.

Though her life was far too short, Michelle made an impact that will never be forgotten. She was deeply loved, she will be profoundly missed, and she will forever be remembered as a wonderful mother whose greatest joy was her son.

Michelle, you were an amazing mom, and Randy will always carry your love with him. You will forever be his mom, his angel, and a piece of his heart.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 26, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Aransas Pass, Texas. A Funeral Service will be held the same evening1:00 PM at the funeral home.
