Nahid E. Figueroa

Ingleside – Nahid E. Figueroa passed away peacefully on September 3, 2020. She was 49.

Nahid was born on January 13, 1971 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Leopoldo and Patricia (Reyes) Huerta. She was a resident of Ingleside more than 25 years and former resident of Portland. Nahid was formerly employed as a Partner with HEB in Aransas Pass. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be dearly missed. Nahid’s beautiful smile and captivating personality was a blessing to everyone who knew her and everyone whose path she crossed.

Survivors include her husband: Robert Figueroa, Jr. of Ingleside, Texas; a son: Brandon Michael Figueroa of Germany;  step-daughters: Brittany Michelle Figueroa of Portland, Texas and Courtney Lynn Figueroa of Aransas Pass, Texas; grandchildren: Kayden Rose Figueroa, Jordan Falcon and Adrian Michael Barrera; parents: Leopoldo and Patricia Huerta of Seguin, Texas; sister: Lisa Rood (Ken) of New Braunfels, Texas; in-laws: Robert Sr. and Nelda Figueroa of Taft, Texas; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020, 4:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Aransas Pass. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. A Graveside Service will be Sunday, September 6, 2020, 2:00 PM at the Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass. Deacon Art Provencio will be officiating.
