Gregory – Noemi Garcia passed away peacefully May 30, 2026 with her loving family at her side. She was 59.
Noemi was born July 13, 1966 in Greogry, Texas to Manuela (Veliz) and Alfredo Garcia. Noemi attended Portland schools. She was formerly employed by Gregory-Portland ISD as an Attendance Clerk. Noemi was a loving mother. Her children and grandchildren were everything to her. Noemi was a devoted Christian who leaned on the Lord, walked by faith and trusted God in all things.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Alfredo and Manuela Garcia and her brother: Alfredo Garcia.
Noemi is survived by her daughters: Mariah Jo Solis, Riva M. Gomez (Jeff), Chriselda N. Solis- Fuller (Chris); son: Jose Manuel Solis, Jr. (Alanna); grandchildren: Noelani Solis -Fuller, Keilana Solis-Fuller, Ailani Solis-Fuller, Makaio Solis-Fuller, Makani Solis- Fuller, Joslyn Ayotte, Kyra Ayotte, Layla Ayotte, Isaiah Solis, Jasmine Solis; and sisters: Leticia Ruiz, Senaida Saenz, Linda Arguello.
