Norma H. Ruiz

Corpus Christi– Norma H. Ruiz passed away on April 13, 2021. She was 39.

Norma was born on March 14, 1982 in Taft, Texas to Margarito and Maria (Hernandez) Ruiz. She was a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas for 10 years and formerly resided in Edroy, Texas. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Maria Ruiz; brother-in-law: Osbaldo Cantu, Jr.

Survivors include her father: Margarito Ruiz of Edroy, Texas; brother: Reynaldo Ruiz of Edroy, Texas; sisters: Irma Cantu and Belinda Calderon both of Corpus Christi, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will begin Thursday, April 15, 2021, 3:00 PM-9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening at the funeral home at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 16, 2021, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in San Pedro Cemetery, Odem.
