Aransas Pass – Norman Harris, III passed away peacefully June 29, 2018. He was 63.
Norman was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on August 1, 1954 to Ruth (Johnson) and Norman Harris, II. He was a former Tug Boat Captain more than 41 years. Norman was a beloved Father and Grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
Preceding Norman in death are his wife: Billie Sue Harris; and his parents: Norman and Ruth Harris.
Survivors include sons: Norman Harris, IV and Zachariah Harris, both of Aransas Pass, Texas; James Harris of Corpus Christi, Texas; 8 grandchildren; brother: Jack Shrewsbury of NC; niece: Stephanie Abbott; nephew: Steve Walker; and friends he met along the way.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 7, 2018, 11:00 AM at Faith Baptist Church in Aransas Pass, Texas. Private burial services will be held at a later date.
