Oscar Guzman

Sinton – Oscar Guzman passed away peacefully March 25, 2022. He was 64.

Oscar was born on November 19, 1957 in Sinton, Texas to Enriqueta (Esparza) and Camilo Guzman, Sr. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton. Oscar was a Mechanic. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was a hard worker.

Oscar is preceded in death by his son: Van Lee Guzman; parents: Camilo and Enriqueta Guzman; brother: Richard Guzman; and sister: Juanita Guzman.

Oscar leaves to cherish his memories a son: Oscar Guzman Jr. (Martha) from Richmond, Texas; two daughters: Nora Cevallos (Andy) from Bellville, Texas and  Jennifer Griffin from Bryan, Texas; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers: Gilbert Guzman from Sinton, Texas, Camilo Guzman Jr. from Sinton, Texas, Jesse Guzman (Delia) from Houston Texas; sisters: Gloria Morales from  Sinton, Texas, Linda Guzman Alaniz (Jorge) from Sinton, Texas, Diane Guzman from Corpus Christi, Texas and Celia Gonzales (Marcos) from Houston Texas.

Visitation will begin Thursday, March 31, 2022, 5:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 1, 2022, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Sinton with Father Glen Mullan as celebrant. Interment will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
