Paris grew up and lived the majority of his life in Rockport, Texas. Paris was known for his hard work ethic. He was a jack of all trades. He spent many years as a shrimp boat captain, truck driver, and bus driver for Rockport Fulton ISD, he later retired as a deckhand from the Naval Station in Ingleside. Paris was known for never sitting still, he always kept busy. His grandchildren’s fondest memories with him are of them working along side him scrapping metal, fishing, crabbing, skinning deer and wild hogs, cutting grass and mechanic work. Life is not all about work. Paris knew how to enjoy life through music and dance. He knew how to cut a rug. Through his love for music and dance he met his wife of 65 years. They went on to have 10 children whom they raised in the Church of God Rockport, Texas where Paris was a member of the choir. Paris installed his love of music and dance in his children, you could often find him cutting a rug at family gatherings. Paris will always be remembered as a family man, and taking time out to be adventurous on a rabbit hunt, fishing and crabbing. This we will hold in our hearts forever.

All services will be private.
