Aransas Pass – Patricia Bell Bills, 83, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025.

Born on December 5, 1941, in San Angelo, Texas, Patricia was the daughter of John and Lola (Cakes) Moon. She had a deep love for gardening and took great pride in her flowers and plants. Riding her bicycle brought her a sense of freedom and joy. A woman of faith, Patricia cherished going to church, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her family—who meant everything to her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Thomas Bills; her daughters, Carla Bills and Patricia Hatchett; great-grandchildren, Justin Lee Pruitt, Jr. and Anthony Hickey; her parents, John and Lola Moon; and her sisters, Virginia Bryant, Nellie Hearing, and Lillie Faye Norwood.

She is survived by her son, John Bills (Rhonda) of Aransas Pass, Texas; daughter, Lola Luthe of Christoval, Texas; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Mary Lou Taylor and Carolyn Bills, both of San Angelo, Texas.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 24, 2025, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. Funeral Service will be the same afternoon, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow, 1:00 PM, Fulton Cemetery, Rockport.
