Raul "Bule" O. Coronado, Sr.

Sinton – Raul O. “Bule” Coronado, Sr. passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022. He was 76.

Bule was born on October 30, 1945 in Sinton, Texas to Maria (Obregon) and Pedro Coronado. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton. Bule had worked in the offshore industry as a young man. He later worked for Piggly Wiggly grocery store as a clerk and American National Life Insurance Company as an Agent.

Bule was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Guadalupe “Pita” Coronado; son: Ricky Coronado; parents: Pedro Coronado and Maria Obregon; siblings: John Coronado, Margie Coronado, Dalia Coronado Sanchez and Hector Coronado.

Survivors include a son: Raul Coronado, Jr. (Priscilla) from Mission, Texas; daughters: Nelda Coronado May (Mac) from Sinton, Texas and Geovannah Coronado from San Benito, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 step-granddaughters; 5 step-great grandchildren; a special niece who was like a daughter: Edie Coronado (Noby) from Sinton, Texas; sisters: Alicia Roldan (Julio) from Corpus Christi, Texas and Olga Martinez from Portland, Texas; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will begin Friday, March 18, 2022, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton. The Funeral Service will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Graveside Service will be Saturday, March 19, 2022, 11:00 AM at Eternal Rest Cemetery in Sinton.
