Aransas Pass – Robert Lee Young passed away October 29, 2021. He was 52.
Robert was born on January 22, 1969 to Ralph Young and Patricia (Gass) Anderson in St. George’s, Bermuda. He grew up in Crescent City, Florida and recently became a resident of Aransas Pass, Texas. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army and later became a truck driver and had his CDL license. He was a beloved father, son, grandfather and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents: Robert and Myrtle Gass.
Survivors include his sons: Hunter Young Gardner (Melissa) from Florida and Jacob Young from China Grove, North Carolina; daughter Jordan Young from China Grove, North Carolina: 1 grandson; parents: Ralph Young from Springfield, Virginia and Patricia Anderson (Jerald) from Aransas Pass, Texas; grandson: Liam Gardner; granddaughter: Ariel; and numerous extended family and friends.
