Portland – Rodney Craig Lynch passed away on June 13, 2025. He was 75.

Rodney was born in Middlefork, Missouri on May 20, 1950 to Pauline (Woods) and Dale Lynch. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rodney is preceded in death by his grandson: David Barrios; parents: Dale and Pauline Lynch; and brother: Steve Newman.

Survivors include his loving wife: Linda Lynch from Portland, Texas; son: Steven Lynch (Holly) from Sinton, Texas; daughters: Sandra Lynch (Joseph) from Arizona, Jennifer Lynch Bellotte (Roy) and Nicole Barrios all from Portland, Texas; grandchildren: Jason Joseph, Sanford Joseph, Billy Brehm, Kyle Trice, Casey Trice, Brandon Bellotte (Rilee), Lilleigh Bellotte, Katelyn Joseph, and Emma Bellotte; great-grandchildren: Jasmine Lucero, Athena Joseph, Azazel Barrios, Dahlia Bellotte, and one on the way- Kallan Bellotte; brothers: Roger Lynch (Pat) and Adrian Newman, sister: Cherry Williams all from Arizona.

Visitation will begin Friday, June 20, 2025, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025, 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. Burial will follow in San Ignacio Cemetery, Ingleside.
