Ronald was born on November 20, 1948 in Overton, Texas to Dorothy (Goehring) and R.L. Moore. He was an Architect.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents: R.L. and Dorothy Moore.

Survivors include his beloved wife: Monica Moore of Aransas Pass, Texas; and sister: Robin Sledge of Austin, Texas.
