Orange Grove – Ronnie Kutzer passed away February 19, 2018. He was 80.
Ronnie was born November 5, 1937 in San Antonio, Texas to Agatha (Postert) Palmer and Karl Reinholt Kutzer.
Ronnie resided in Orange Grove for 10 years. He was a former resident of Mathis and the Oyster Creek (Freeport) area. Ronnie served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a former ship builder and self-employed contractor. Ronnie’s many travels enabled him to see the world. He was very involved in the rodeo community as a heeler.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents: Karl Kutzer and Agatha Palmer; and sister: Betty Neill.
Survivors include his daughters: Lauren Daughtry (Rick) of Ingleside, Texas and Lanell Fruge’ (Robert) of Sugar Land, Texas; son: Karl Randal Kutzer (Lisa) of Floresville, Texas; 6 grandchildren: Benjamin Kyle Daughtry (Victoria) of Aransas Pass, Texas; Kailyn Rhea Williams (Eric) of Lemoore, California; Karl Remington Kutzer (Rachel) of Jacksonville, Florida; Hannah Faith Fruge’; Rilea Grace Fruge’; Devyn Noelle Fruge’, all of Sugar Land, Texas; 5 great-grandchildren: Presley Harper Daughtry and Benjamin Ryder Daughtry, both of Aransas Pass, Texas; Jensen Kutzer of Jacksonville, Florida; Bradley Ford Willams and Kolter Kade Williams, both of Lemoore, California; sisters: JoAnn Van Burkleo (Lee) of Pflugerville, Texas; Linda Hudec (Henry) of Weimar, Texas; and brother-in-law: Dalton Neill of Comfort, Texas.
Visitation will begin Friday, February 23, 2018, 6:00 PM at North Bay Fellowship, Ingleside, Texas. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, 10:30 AM at North Bay Fellowship, Ingleside, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, February 26, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, Corpus Christi.
