Houston- Dr. Sheila J. Waggoner passed away on May 2, 2020 in Rockport, Texas. She was 72. Sheila was born on February 22,1948 in Overton, Texas to George B. and Elsie Parker Waggoner. She was a Professor of Mathematics for The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents: George and Elsie Waggoner.
She is survived by two brothers, Gary Waggoner (Melody) of Rockport, Texas and Michael Waggoner (Sandra) of Las Vegas, Nv.
