Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. - Author Unknown
Sterling “Trey” Siverand Jr. was born on January 12, 1973 to Sterling Siverand and Denise Elaine Foster of Aransas Pass, TX. He was their only son together. Denise went on to have another son, Anton “Tony” Jerrod Dixon. Make no mistake, through the years Trey acquired many brothers, sisters, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mom Denise Elaine Foster.
Trey attended Galveston Ball High School & Rockport Fulton High School where he would receive his diploma. Trey attended Del Mar for a short time to pursue a career as a Barber. Trey learned the skills of a Barber which he was passionate about and it stayed with him for the remainder of his life. Trey went on to explore life as we all know but he also worked real jobs learning real life skills and trades. He worked at Kiewitt as a First Class Heavy Equipment Operator. Trey was transitioning into becoming a better man and maintaining his relationships with close friends and family. Trey wasn’t perfect in some perfect people’s eyes but he was and still is perfect to the rest of us.
Trey loved being free. Trey loved to entertain. Trey loved life and lived it by his own rules.
Throughout Trey’s travels he would eventually meet his match and also one he couldn’t intimidate: Jeran Siverand. She fought a fight without a win in sight all the way to the knockout. Trey always said “I’m 100-0”. To this day my sister-in-law has earned her title and she has the everlasting scars to prove it.
He leaves to cherish his memories, 3 Daughters: Jada Siverand (21), Jasmine Siverand (14), and Avery Siverand (12), 3 Sons: Sterling Siverand II (7), Skyler Siverand (4), and Sage Siverand (2). His Wife, Jeran Siverand of Ingleside, Dad, Sterling Siverand of Aransas Pass, Brother, Anton (Melissa) Dixon of Portland, Step-Brother, Raymond (Felicia) Cheney of Beeville, and Cousin who was like a Sister, Shawn Foster of Ingleside.
