Aransas Pass – Thomas William Otterpohl passed away on December 27, 2021. He was 71.
Tom was born on February 6, 1950 to Thomas William Otterpohl and Margie Riggs in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to arriving in 1997 to the Aransas Pass and Ingleside area, he lived in San Antonio where he erected signs for Comet Neon Signs. Tom was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Preceded in death by his daughter: Tanaya Otterpohl; parents: Thomas and Margie Otterpohl; and sister: Shirley Mason.
Survivors include his wife: Susan L. Otterpohl from Aransas Pass, Texas; son: Shaun Otterpohl (Jennifer) from Ingleside, Texas; daughter: Marcy Otterpohl from San Antonio, Texas; his companion dog: Gimp; 5 grandchildren: Mariam Silvas, Emma Otterpohl, Shaun Otterpohl, Anastacia Perry and Chavis Perry; numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private.
