Travis Gene Davis

Rockport – Travis Gene Davis passed away on February 6, 2020.  He was 32 years old.

Travis was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on December 12, 1987 to Larry and Marilyn (Garcia) Davis. He was a tankerman on tug boats. 

Preceding in death by his father: Larry Davis and his brother: Calvin Davis.

Survivors include his mother: Marilyn Murphy (Gary) DeQueen, Arkansas; brothers: Lance Davis (Chanel) of Geilenkirchen, Germany; Chris Davis of Rockport, Texas; Larry “L.G.” Davis of Portland, Texas; Bobby Davis of Aransas Pass, Texas; Gary Murphy Jr, (Bonnie) Long Beach, Mississippi; sisters: Valerie Davis of Rockport, Texas; Cindy Clark (James) of Zachary, Louisiana; Lizzie Tyler (Archie) of Rockport, Texas; Becky Shedd (Dennis) of Aransas Pass, Texas.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 3:00 PM, Resthaven Funeral Home, Aransas Pass. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020, 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Aransas Memorial Park Cemetery, Rockport.
