Bill was a dedicated father, grandfather, son, and brother, a minimalist before it was trendy, a van life influencer before there was anyone to influence, and a peace-loving hippie at heart.
He was preceded in death by his father: Loren Parker; stepfather: Wilbur Miller; and mother: Janet (Falkingham) Miller.
He is survived by his children: Staci (Parker) Ulrich, Jason Parker, and Alexander Parker.
A celebration of life will be determined at a later time.
