Sinton – Jose Jaramillo passed away November 22, 2015 in Round Rock, Texas with his loving family at his side. He was 84.

Jose was born in Woodsboro, Texas on September 19, 1931 to Margarito and Juanita (Camero) Jaramillo. He was a resident of Sinton almost 40 years before moving to Round Rock in 2005. Jose retired from San Patricio Electric Coop in Sinton where he was a Meter Reader more than 27 years.

Preceding Jose in death are his wife: Margarita Jaramillo; his parents; son-in-law: Calvin Edward Flanary; brothers: Jesus, Manuel, Hipolito and Carlos Jaramillo; and sister: Beatriz Elizondo.

Survivors include two sons: Rodolfo Jaramillo (Mary Jane) of La Vernia, Texas and Richard Jaramillo (Laura) of Houston, Texas; a daughter: Beatrice Jaramillo of Round Rock, Texas; grandchildren: Christopher Jaramillo, Abraham Jaramillo, Lance Jaramillo, Andrew Flanary, Rebecca Jaramillo, Megan Flanary, Emily Flanary and Erica Flanary.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, November 24, 2015, 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, November 25, 2015, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton, Texas with Father Patrick Serna as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery in Woodsboro, Texas. Pallbearers will be Lance Jaramillo, Christopher Jaramillo, Abraham Jaramillo, Andrew Flanary, Robert Jaramillo and Hipolito Jaramillo.
