Taft – Infant Marcos Victor Rosalez, Jr. passed away July 27, 2015 in the hospital. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 27, 2015 to Marcos Rene and Victoria Lynn Carrera Rosalez.
He is preceded in death by paternal great-grandfather: Camilio Molina; paternal great–grandmother: Maria Rosalez; great-aunt: Lucinda Carrera and great-uncle: Ernest Villarreal, Jr.
Survivors include his parents Marcos Rene and Victoria Lynn Carrera Rosalez of Taft, Texas; paternal grandparents: Delfina Rosalez of Corpus Christi, Texas and Edwardo Rosalez of Taft, Texas; paternal great-grandparents: Leonardo Rosalez of Taft, Texas and Matilde Molina of Sinton, Texas; maternal grandparents: Agapito and Betty Carrera of Taft, Texas; maternal great-grandparents: Agapito and Lucia Carrera of Taft, Texas and Ernest and Irma Villarreal of Bay City, Texas.
Visitation began Wednesday, July 29, 2015, 1:00 PM, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. Rosary was held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The funeral Mass was celebrated Thursday, July 30, 2015, 10:00 AM, at Immaculate Conception Church in Taft, Texas with Father Jose Gutierrez as celebrant. Burial followed at Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton, Texas.
