Portland - Abigail Elizabeth Aleman, infant daughter of Abel Jr. and Erin Aleman (nee Kennedy), passed away September 22, 2015. She was born in Pasadena, Texas on April 26, 2015.

Survivors include parents: Abel Marquez Aleman, Jr. and Erin Aleman of Portland, Texas; brother: Abel Marquez Aleman, III of Portland, Texas ; sister: Aria Roman of Portland Texas; maternal grandparents: Tracey and Jason Burton of Katy, Texas and Wilson Kennedy of High Point, NC; paternal grandparents: Abel Marquez and Olda Lee Aleman, Sr. of Gregory, Texas; great-grandparents: Bob and Olga Ortiz of Corpus Christi, Texas; Carrol and Richard Springer of Trinity, NC; Deanna Gillette of High Point, NC; Wayne and Janet Burton of High Point, NC; great-great-grandfather: Pawpaw Kerns of High Point, NC; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will begin Sunday, September 27, 2015, 3:00 PM, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton, Texas with a rosary at 7:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, September 28, 2015, 10:30AM, at Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Texas with Father James Puphenparambil as celebrant.  Burial will follow in Gregory Cemetery, Gregory, Texas.
